- All orders under R500 will incur a delivery fee of R95

- This is a legally binding contract, and Oakley will retain the title to all products until you have made and received full payment.
- Oakley reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
- Our products may not be purchased for resale, and should we suspect this for any reason, we are entitled to cancel your order immediately on notice to you. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of items purchased.

- Discount and promotional codes are only valid for one purchase by one user.
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout when placing your order – they cannot be applied after the order has been confirmed.
- Unless specified otherwise, discount codes may not be applied to items already on sale or with other discounts or promotions.
- All promotions and discount codes are valid for a limited period and may expire without prior notification.
- Discount codes are not refundable. Any items bought with a discount will be refunded the value of the payment applied to the items, and the promo code will not be reinstated for the value used on the items. We may reissue a discount if the item is refunded due to an error caused by Oakley or a product defect.

Which items cannot be exchanged or refunded?
- Items marked as “SALE” may not be refunded, may only be refunded/exchanged in-store. Otherwise, refund the full value to the gift card, but we will gladly exchange the product at the sale price paid.
- Items purchased at or through another Supplier (Oakley product) should be returned to the original Supplier from which the item was purchased.
